The firm also has vast experience in defending personal automobile and commercial trucking claims.

The knowledge and experience in this area gained from handling a volume of similar problems has contributed significantly to our ability to handle these matters on a cost effective basis. We are able to rely on this experience to quickly and accurately assess the exposure in each matter, reporting our analysis to the client so that a strategic course of action can be established early on in the case. Through this method of case handling, the client is aware of the potential exposure of each particular case and is able to make an informed decision which ultimately results in either a quick disposition with associated expense savings or a well prepared defense with generally excellent bottom line results in the ultimate outcome.

Workers' Compensation

Our Firm has also represented both self-insured employers and insurance companies in the defense of workers' compensation matters. We handle contested matters at the trial level, motions for medical and temporary disability, as well as appeals. Our firm has a central New Jersey practice with regular court listings in several venues in the State, representing both public and private entities. We also regularly counsel clients in the proper handling of work-related injuries prior to the inception of litigation.

Insurance Coverage Issues

Our firm has also provided assistance to insurance carriers throughout the country by rendering coverage opinions and evaluating whether coverage applies for particular risks. We have also successfully litigated declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Accordingly, we are not only able to satisfy our clients' needs for general liability defense, but also to provide analysis of coverage cases and, where necessary, pursue declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurers.
